Executive Director
Mary Katherine Dean
Mary Katherine Dean oversees all chamber, Main Street, and economic development efforts for the Kosciusko Attala Partnership. With a passion for community growth, she leads strategic planning, business support, and downtown revitalization to strengthen the local economy.

Operations Manager
Pati Edwards
Pati, a Kosciusko native, is the KAP Office Operations Manager. In addition to logistics, bookkeeping, and a myriad of operational responsibilities, Pati spearheads the annual Natchez Trace Festival, Central Mississippi Fair, and Kosy Lights.

Leslie Edwards
Leslie Edwards serves as Executive Assistant for the Kosciusko Attala Partnership, supporting daily operations, member communications, and event coordination. Known for her strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable approach, she helps ensure the office runs smoothly while contributing to the Partnership’s mission of supporting local businesses and strengthening the community.
